Joshua & Vivian 's wedding was very intimate and surrounded by the natural landscape of the Japanese Garden. Vivian's cream chiffon dress complimented Joshua's linen suit. The color was a perfect choice for the various shades of greens in the garden. Vivian handcrafted the details of the day as you can see in the last photo montage. They met on eharmony, which proves that online dating sites are sucessful. Instead of opting for a honeymoon they purchased a home together...that's so romantic. A big thanks goes out to Marina, who second shot for me.
Drew & Stephanie had such a beautiful outdoor ceremony in front of their grandparent's house that's a replica of the "Gone with the Wind" home. The bridal party overlooked the ceremony from the balcony above and their adorable daughter was strolled down the aisle in an adorned buggy that made everyone smile. The celebration continued in style with a cocktail hour before the reception. The dance floor did not lack any entertainment as friends, family & guests strutted their moves throughout the evening. Marina second shot for me once again. I don't know what I would do without her, we work so well together. She got the great shot of the men in the pool hall.
I recall meeting with Jose & Susana for the first time. Susana is soft spoken and Jose wears a constant smile. Jose's attention to his wife is very apparent and in return, Susana adores Jose. Susana's voice sounded like an angel as she spoke her vows. Jose arrived at the site early and shared all of the glitches he was dealing with on his wedding day. He was cool, collect and dealt with them to make everything perfect for his wife. Considering the circumstances, the wedding was spectacular with a latin flare that made me want to sit back & just enjoy the celebration. Much thanks goes to Marina & Courtney who helped to capture the spectacular moments of the day.
Drew and Stephanie's engagement session was rescheduled three different times due to the coastal marine layer. It was worth the wait, the weather was beautiful and Dana Point was charming as always. They were naturals in front of the camera and great sports since we drove around to a couple of different locations. I can't wait for their outdoor wedding in Newport Beach. It's at the Villiage Crean which I recently visited. Every corner offers a view of back bay and the grounds are kept so pristine, you feel like your at Disneyland.
