Michaella lives in PA and came to CA to see her hometown boyfriend, Justin, who's in the Military. She wanted to take some photos before Justin's deployment. They wanted a beach setting so we hit Bayshore Park and the main beach. Unfortunately, the weather took a sudden change. Clouds rolled in and it was pretty socked in. We were going to change locations but they had their heart set on the beach. The pictures came out great considering the grey sky but I felt black and white would look best for what was captured. I love when out of state clients find me when they are looking for portraits in Cali. My favorite photo is where they are in front of the boat. It reminds me of a Ralph Lauren ad. I left one photo in color for an indication of the weather. Thank you so much Michaella for entrusting me with capturing your time spent together.
